I can give you what you need

Whatever It Takes

I'm desperate for your love & attention, and I'll do whatever I must to have you. Oh, you're a tough customer - you want your fuzztones and drums and soft gentle ballads and groovy instrumentals - all served with the type of discographical details that you may not be receiving elsewhere. Don't fall for that fisheyed cop who always plays the same old song on the jukebox - I'm willing to marry & murder to get these songs to you ... don't you love me?

Click on that pile o' booty below and prove it to me - or else I might get rough. And if you ain't sure yet, I can back it up with a fin of setlists just a little...further...down...

Playing With a Marked Deck

After almost a month off, I finally get to select some new sounds for you - and the choices seemed endless. Enjoy the opening bonanza of fuzzy rock, funky soul and some of the finest grooves to spring from the Everglades. George Raft dropped by the studio, but we couldn't get him to say much - maybe next time...
Click on the Little Beaver 45 below to listen, and drive even further south to get all the discographical details - and we'll see you in 2!

All in the Same Gang

Giving has it's rewards, as this week I turn over the show to my good friend Brian AKA Biz AKA AllModCon4, who generously donated to WMBR during our last fundraiser - earning the right to enforce his will upon you all for the next 2 hours. Don't worry - the process is painless and actually quite pleasurable, as Brian's taste in music is unfadeable, and given the chance to select a show, he rose to the challenge with authority.

To hear for yourself, click on the Bessie Banks 45 below - and a playlist is provided further downward, for preview/review purposes.

Sound File for 2/6 Show Fixed...

A couple of listeners dropped
lines to let me know the sound file for
this most recent show was linking the incorrect
program - this has been fixed, so listen away!

Thanks to those who gave me the heads up,
and while I have your attention, a few listeners have
requested non-streaming versions of the show that
they can download and put on their ipods, etc.
I can do this using a 3rd-party upload/download site,
but just be aware the files are usually around 118MB large
and can take a while to download if your connection isn't very fast,
and will take up that much disc space.
Anyway, if you are into this, drop me a line and let me know,
and if there is enough interest, I will put some up for DL.
-Mark

Dangerous To Know

You don't have to tear the place up - there's no Velma here! How's about you sit down, relax, and I'll play the jukebox? Habit makes me start off with a lot of crash and thunder, but we'll find something to soothe the savage within, as well.
